Bill Waller was admitted to the Mississippi Bar in 1950. He received a Bachelor of Science degree from Memphis State University and graduated law school from the University of Mississippi. He served as District Attorney, 7th Circuit District (Hinds, Madison, and Yazoo Counties) from 1960-1968 and as Governor for the State of Mississippi from 1972-1976.
